Ashby rate Limitting

@EddyDavies Please provide a more in depth description of the problem we are facing. Then the first step will be to architect a solution with @mousberg.

My understanding: we can currently collect up to 100 candidates from ashby but reach a rate limit if we try to get 1000+.

What I would want to know? what rate limits are there? (Different for pushing score? Different for fetching candidates etc?)

As far as I understand the rate limit was hit just for pushing scores. We can pull a large number of candidates in one api call by just asking for more. However a a new api call is required for each score we push to Ashby as we are using a custom field update, this is the limitation that lead to me exploring a queue system for those push score and push notes webhook triggers.
