Hi, I have a smart epson glasses, the moverio bt-350, with firmware r1.0.0. Due to having problems with the sensors, I wanted to update the firmware, because the most updated version refers to improvements in terms of calibration.
I wanted to install the firmware version r1.3.0, but when I do the site procedures (https://tech.moverio.epson.com/en/bt-350/update_userguide/), it always gives me the same error (MTP interface is not ready yet), and the ground presented by the site (MTTP communication is not ready. Please plug in or unplug the USB cable, or retry after a while) does not help.
Are there any suggestions?
