Facebook login button doesn't show up on Neutron v4.1.0b3 bootstrap theme

Team,

I have upgraded to v4.1.0b3 and using bootstrap theme. I have installed facebook app, adding requirement license and activated it. Facebook login button doesn't show up on the screen at all.

Some more information.

Upon investigation, judging from the coding that is displayed on the github account of moxi9 (from the dates of it last being updated, I am guessing it is safe to assume that it hasn't been touched since all PF stuff has gone private) the current selector that it is looking for to attach the link too in the autoload.js file is none existent. Multi theme support is required for the new bootstrap theme.
