RelEng has a nice glossary of terms that are commonly used at Mozilla, but may be unknown to contributors. We should consider adding a link to this to the A-Team Bootcamp, and contributing to keeping it up-to-date.

It feels to me like a random google doc isn't the most friendly thing for people and that (e.g.) a wiki or MDN article would make more sense.
