No (can't reproduce in the standalone version, as these popups do not appear)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open the attached file in Firefox
2. Select the text at the bottom of the page
3. Buttons to comment/highlight are cut off (see screenshot)

Note: the online demo does not show a popup to comment/highlight.

What is the expected behavior?

These buttons should not be cut off
