Number of returned results isn't correct

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem, when I use bingpy's search method to get the top 1000 results for a particular term(like "flowers") from Bing most of the time it returns fewer results than 1000(almost always it returns about 400 or 500 top results). Any bugs that may've caused this?!

I'm facing the same problem and think that it might be a problem of Bing Search API ...
