UIAccleometer goes off :-(

This solution does not prevent UIAccelometer from going off.
If you find a way to keep it running please let me know.
If I find a solution I will share it here and contribute also ;-)

Sorry to hear that.

I don't think there is a way to keep the accelerometer active, if this is not supported with Apple's official backgrounding API and if the DeepSleepPreventer hack doesn't work.

But if you find a solution, please report back.
