Reproduction Steps

Config to reproduce:
hwdec=auto
video-sync=display-resample
interpolation=yes
tscale=sphinx

The 4 elements are needed to reproduce.

The problem: artefact, freezes, problem with decoding, and there's an error in the log mentioning a problem to decode:

Infos from OSD:

To trigger the problem, you need to use tscale other than "oversample".
I don't know if it's a problem with tscale or D3D11 decoding.

Expected Behavior

Play without freezes

Actual Behavior

Play with freezes
