mpv hangs when playing livestream with vulkan, `--profile=high-quality` and `gpu-next`

Reproduction Steps

Requires very specific setup. It must be a one-off livestream (not those 24 hours ones), --vo=gpu-next, --gpu-api=vulkan, and --profile=high-quality.
Other than that it works everywhere. Tried d3d11, without profile, vo=gpu, even tried with those 24/7 livestreams, all worked.

Expected Behavior

Should be working.

Actual Behavior

When starting mpv, it starts windowed. Then after the livestream is playing, attempting to make it full screen will hang after around 5 seconds, no response at all.
