Not available for VS 2017

Now that VS 2017 is out, it looks like this library might have to be updated so it becomes available in the Extensions and Updates.

The current version is only supported on 2013 and 2015 according to this page

It may be a matter of adding VS 2017 target here. PR welcome :)
