Problem Statement
As far as I can tell there is no way to set environment variables, or CLI flags to default the registry to a GIT repo, and to control the cache settings.
Proposed Solution
Support a few settings
- Add CLI flags to support GIT Repo & Cache
- Add ENV Var / default directory for a user level https://getpromptscript.dev/latest/guides/enterprise/#project-config-file file, vs project level that could be set / merged.
