MSI score selection for clinical ACCESS when multiple values present

For P-0088962-T01-XS1, there are two rows of MSI scores in /juno/work/access/production/resources/dmp_msi_admie_scores/current/all_admie_results_from_database.csv

One is MSI, the other is NA.

In cbioportal this sample is not listed as MSI-H.

Find a way to figure which score to choose if there are multiple rows.

The information in the file we're pulling from is pretty sparse. Is there another file that cBioPortal is pulling from that has more metadata on date reviewed or more detailed MSI information? We can incorporate that. Otherwise it may be useful to keep both rows and leave it for manual review.
