My Sd card won't work after use

After using ftpd to transfer some nds games my micro Sd card doesn't show any of my apps besides twilight menu. I think this is because I closed the network while in the nds rooms menu but I'm not sure it this is an issue I can resolve or if I have to just reset and re download everything now

I'm on a New Nintendo 2ds XL version 11.17.0-50U

you need to make sure you format your sd card as FAT32!
