giving version mismatch error

when i try to clone on ubuntu 20.04 , it is giving error as below :

version mismatch:

Note that you can use --with-dpkg-repack to include those packages in the clone file.

sorry, i might have misunderstood the output, as the output is giving no numbers for not installable or version mismatch lines. please provide some output to show that attempt is successful without errors.

today , i got a different output.

not installable: 
version mismatch: netplan.io, libnetplan0

How should i proceed to resolve the mismatch when restoring packages.

Check the destination that you expect the file to be. Even though you're seeing this, the clone file is most likely still being created.

Its not an error. It is just simply giving you a list of items, if any, of packages that are "not installable" or a "version mismatch.
