Could you please elaborate what exactly you would want from this tool? While on Android we gather multiple sources of information using adb we use backups on iOS which can be generated using iTunes or libimobiledevice and other tools. A similar tool could also generate backups but such tools already exist and how to use them is documented in the mvt documentation
