File pref: removing file not working

[This line](https://github.com/mwalsh161/CommandCenter/blob/8944bd10247c193049a43ac2397404fffd82228a/%2BPrefs/File.m#L74) should be allowing the user to remove existing files from the pref, but there seems to be a bug preventing this behavior.
