Gradbook Submit for Assignment

Hi,

We need an obvious way to submit for assignments. When I view a node created as an assignment type that is in the gradebook. I need to see a link on the node that says submit if i'm a student. We also need to make an easy way to view all assignment submissions in one list. So that when I go to the assignment as a teacher I can click on a link to view submissions. When viewing the submissions I should be able to download files submitted. There should also be a link that allows me to download all submitted files in a zip file that is organized by the studentID as a folder and then then the assignment should be renamed their userID_assignment title.

Hi Keith,

I have one question.
Course will have assignments and gradebook tab(only for teacher).
In assignments, there is link for submitting assignment.
Then there are list of assignments.

So these will list of assignment from teacher or submission from student on assignments tabs?

The students need a "My Grades" tab that shows them their grades and links to the assignment and submission.

The assignments tab on a course section will list assignments from the teacher.

There should be a tab on each assignment node that lists the student submissions. We have to deal with different types of submissions, since students can submit repositories, file uploads, and just plain text pasted into window.

I think there should maybe for simplicity sake just be columns for:

Student Name,Submission Details (link to student submission), and a drop down field for grade.

During working for that, you can make wireframe for gradebook roughly?
if you have some time...

Following are my questions for gradebook.
I am trying to use entityform for creating new submission.
So I want to listen your opinion about that.
Then in "My Grades" tab, what information will we see?
Maybe gradebook like http://www.mywebclass.org/gradebook/19 ?
