Reading and application of sensor-specific POLAR file is commented out in lieu of using class_POLAR. What is the status of this patch?

Instrument-specific polarization correction is still under development. This will require field instruments that were characterized for polarization be deployed in the field in a prescribed orientation (to the little red dot). Continue using class-based uncertainty for now.
