PIR Goslim notifier needs to be updated #59
Description
to indicate that I also need to make changes (adds and removes only) to use the https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues tracker. I would need to say things like "remove GO:12345 from goslim_pir" or "add GO:54321 to the goslim_pir"
