Congratulations on such an insightful study on describing microbial colonization patterns in IBD patients upon FMT.
I'm currently working on microbiome-immune interactions and hence interested in the IgA-sorted raw sequencing data from your study for some meta-analysis. Based on the metadata present from SRA and from this repository, I am not able to distinguish the IgA-sorted samples from the total 16S and metagenomic samples.
Kindly do you mind directing me towards where I can find metadata describing the 16S IgA-sorted samples?
