Can this project show local data when I'm on development on local machine?

I wanna see local data on my machine via this projects?
can I change assets/app-config.js to show that data?
actually I can't: method not implemented.

The explorer is on 8080 by default, not on 8685. 8685 is the Nebulas Node itself.
