[gmw]: add variables to datamodel

The datamodel should be extended to include the following:

• inBuitenland (put)
• filterBescherming (buis)
• geometrieOpenbaar (put)
• gerelateerdeVerkenning (put)
• lengteFilterlozeBuis (buis)

The english translations should be discovered and used instead.

1. They should be added to the GMW and MonitoringTube data models for the gmw.models.
2. They should be added to the PydanticModels for the GMWConstruction upload_models.py
3. The choices should be added to the choices.py file
