Evalute Scraping vs Rss Feed Extraction

Rss feeds can be extracted for sties that dont have api's.There are couple of third party api's out there which help fetching data from rss feeds. Although some sites cleary state they dont allow rss feeds for third party publishing. This is something that needs to be explored bit more.

not all rss feeds can be extracted ,some have agreements saying this rss feed cannot be put into third party feeds etc. I know there exists a api for certain sites,but the links to the api dont seem to be publicly indexed for some reason.
