Implemented in #236 (on main after merge).

What you get

• Settings → Advanced → Network proxy
• Toggle + proxy URL (http://127.0.0.1:7890 style)
• Optional username / password (stored in local settings.json)

What it covers

• Provider usage/API HTTPS fetches (and status/update HTTP clients)
• Picked up on the next refresh (providers rebuild their HTTP client each fetch)

What it does not cover

• Browser cookie import
• External CLI tools (claude / codex subprocesses)
• SOCKS proxies (HTTP/HTTPS proxy only for now)
• This is not CLIProxyAPI / an LLM gateway — it is a normal network proxy for app traffic

设置 → 高级 → 网络代理：打开开关，填写例如 http://127.0.0.1:7890，可选用户名密码。保存后刷新用量即可。不影响浏览器 Cookie 导入。

Release note

The HTTP proxy setting is already merged on main (#236), but it did not ship in v0.45.2 (that release was cut earlier).

It will go out in the next Win-CodexBar version after 0.45.2. Once that release is published, you can install/upgrade and use:

Settings → Advanced → Network proxy
