[REQ] Please add support for winscp

It would be great if the launchy plugin could also start winscp. It should
use Putty's sessions as arguments, but with the trigger word "scp" or
"winscp" it would start a different executable.

Changes to plugin options:
General Options: "Path to WinSCP executable" input field
Trigger words: selectbox of "PuTTY"/"WinSCP" before "Add" button

That would be very very nice!
