Correct Sampler Supportability Metrics

Supportability metrics for CT samplers should not have the word `Sampler` in them per the [agent spec](https://source.datanerd.us/agents/agent-specs/blob/main/distributed_tracing/New-Relic-Payload.md). Correct this and make sure the corresponding metrics in angler are updated.
