[Monet Theme] Reapplying theme causes a freeze

If the plugin decides to update the colors, discord freezes entirely. Restarting the app fixes this issue though. This also occurs if you load the theme for the first time and reload discord.

1. Load or change monet theme color
2. Reload Discord
