Proposal

Optionally remove the button to create a personal folder shared with the team from the TeamPage through a flag in the config.php

Use Case

This button has created a bit of chaos in organizations because it encourages people to use personal resources for collaborative work, where team-folders should actually be used.

Versions

This is needed in Nextcloud 34 with backports to 33 and 32.
In 35, this button is already being replaced (in circles, which is where the teams frontend has moved.)
