giving permissions to groups in the apps tab is long
we get no view of you has access to what
plus, a group getting many permissions gives this view (a long list on the side):

a new tab, in apps or in users, where its possible to see a table of apps and groups
or apps and groups and ... users !!!! giving personal access to an app
