Add nf-test for all things the pipeline evaluates

So far we only have the default.nf.test. We want multiple different nf-test files for different scenarios in the pipeline.

All todos can be converted to subissues if you start working on them.

• default -> needs to be properly filled and the snapshot created
• PCGR
• CPSR

@YussAb Whats the status of CPSR how can we test for that? Because I could easily add a nf-test file I am just not sure what parameters you need to use to run it.
