Implement feature to aggregate multiple pcgr outputs into a multiqc report

### Description of feature

We'll aggregate results from multiple samples into a single MultiQC report.

* Create a module to parse PCGR output into aggregated tables. @YussAb 
* Try to mplement plotting of these tables within MultiQC. @matbonfanti
