Visualizing Reassortment Networks

I'm currently working on visualizing the reassortment network in my dataset and was wondering if you have any recommendations on effective ways to clearly show who reassorted with whom. I’m looking for a method that makes the relationships as intuitive and informative as possible.

Any suggestions or examples would be greatly appreciated.
