ST App not updating with RPi info (berryio)

First, thanks for putting the Raspberry PI (berryio) project together! I am 99% there, but for some reason, the app is not really updating. It says it's off, when it is definitely on.

The web interface is working great (running on port 8000 as I already have another web instance running). I have to believe that the ST hub is communicating to it because it updated the Device Network ID within the IDE portal and the app shows the "Closed" status in the bottom right hand corner. But all other fields are not updating and the upper left hand corner says it is "off". Is there something more I can do to troubleshoot what it's doing and why it's not getting the right info?

same here Chris, it stays off,
when i select the refresh button on the app, i monitor the IO log in Smarthings & i get the following errors:

Hi @philiknott. No, I still have the same issue. As of right now, I can't really do anything with the app. I'm not sure which direction to go yet... Any luck since you posted this?
