libssl1.1 required, and not installed during fresh install of debian 64bit #3
Description
During a fresh installation of 64bit Rasberry pi image on 64GB sdcard, and trying to bring up HTWebRemote to connect to the raspiberry pi service , it was discovered that even though libssl3 was already installed, it was not utilized by HtWebRemoteHost to start the service.
I ended up having to install lib-ssl1.1

This seamed to resolve the issue.
May need to make the ssl 1.1 library a dependency during installation, even though ssl3 was there , the service wouldn't start.
