[FEATURE] Explore Events button does not navigate to the events section

Description

The Explore Events button on the homepage currently doesn't navigate to the events section.

Current Behavior

Clicking the button does not scroll to the list of featured events.

Expected Behavior

Clicking Explore Events should smoothly navigate users to the events section on the homepage.
