Add FileShot.io — privacy-respecting file sharing with zero-knowledge encryption

FileShot.io is a privacy-first file sharing service that could be a good addition to the "File Sharing" section as a privacy-respecting alternative to WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.

Privacy properties:

• AES-256-GCM encryption runs in-browser before upload — the host never sees file plaintext
• Decryption key lives only in the URL fragment (never transmitted to server)
• No account required — no personal data collected
