feat: Enhance Intake Agent with Document Processing Capabilities

Description

Upgrade the Intake Agent to automatically process uploaded documents using the Document OCR MCP server (once implemented).

Acceptance Criteria

• Update Intake Agent persona to use document processing
• Auto-extract applicant information from uploaded documents
• Validate extracted data against application form
• Handle multiple document types (W2s, pay stubs, ID)
• Add confidence scoring for extracted data

• Requires feat: Add Document OCR MCP Server for Intake Agent #19 (Document OCR MCP Server)

Technical Details

• Modify agent persona to intelligently select document processing
• Add document type detection logic
• Implement data reconciliation between form and documents
• Provide clear feedback on document processing results
