RxODE has been removed from CRAN

Hi,

Are there any plans to fix the CRAN build issues so that RxODE can be restored to CRAN?

It was removed on 10 October 2022.

I dont plan to, though others might.

However, I have submitted rxode2 to CRAN and continue to maintain it.

It would be alot of work to get this version back to CRAN. CRAN specifically asked us to reduce the compile time for rxode2 to be eligible to remain on cran. This would apply here too.

Our solution was to break into subpackages which was very time consuming and a bit tricky.

If it was a small issue I may have contributed back to have this work.

OK, if you are not going to put it back into CRAN then maybe change the documentation for how to install it (in the README) which currently suggests using install.packages() and CRAN.
