shelfai index(currently only finds new/unindexed files) - MCP server so Claude/Cursor can interact with the shelf directly

- Integration guides for Hermes, OpenClaw ClawHub, QMD
v0.3.0 (planned)
- Watch mode — auto-index on file changes
- Multi-shelf support
- Shelf diff — show what changed between sessions
- Plugin system for custom session extractors
