1. Checks for an existing docs folder
2. Creates a doc-kit.config.mjs file
3. Adds a .gitignore entry for the output

Many documentation generators do something like this:

• npx create-docusaurus@latest my-website classic
• npm create astro@latest

Right, not arguing some packages don't. Just saying we should have an issue first with proper convo and where this should live, how it should work. I appreciate the eagerness on coming up with a PR, just worry if we should first chat about the requirements before jumping to implementation.
