Currently, the Makefile depends on the fpm command to build an RPM package. This should be replaced with a native RPM gitcache-ssh.spec file and call to rpmbuild.
If there is a fancy shiny Golang way of packaging RPMs that is better, then we should strongly consider using that instead.
