Where to get mtc?

When I try ntt run command, I get:

building test suite failed: exec: "mtc": executable file not found in $PATH

The only mtc I was able to find is provided by https://mercurylang.org/ but that does not look to be the correct one.

Is it even possible to use ntt without k3r and mtc?

Unfortunately mtc is not available outside of Nokia and it probably won't be ever, because it is strictly coupled with our mobile network development.
Originally we wanted to publish our internal compiler and runtime tools; but this plan was canceled for internal reasons. I sorry this ntt run sent you to a wild goose chase.
