Owner

Minimal account registration service.

Creates accounts using the credentials provided by the compose service.
Uses Caddy to expose the PHP-FPM register app on HTTP/HTTPS, and obtain the Let's Encrypt certificate.
Add DOMAIN_REGISTER to set the public hostname.
Uses register.localhost by default for dev purposes.
