Install howto..?

Sorry for the dweeb question, but where are the build/install instructions? I'm looking to install a fresh system (w/current Debian) to replace a 3+ yo server that crashes when I try to apt update/upgrade, etc)

Those directions are now a bit out of sync since the Reflectors were pull from the G4KLX Client repository. I tried to piece it together and get a reflector up and running but had no luck. Looking for some assistance if someone would be willing to help out a total linux amateur.
