Real time histogram code issue

I have tried your code for real-time histogram code but it only opens a
frame for showing captured video from a webcam but there are no line
graphs. I think there might be a package updating issue, but not sure,
it would be helpful if you have a look into the code and update it.

As you asked in your email response to open it as an issue, so here I am.
Hoping to get updates soon.
