Update typst universe readme

In the typst universe page it still shows version 0.1.0 in the example. That should be updated to the latest version 0.1.1.

I just tried the example from the Typst Universe Page and thought the package was out of date. Luckily I found this. It would be good to update the text there asap, so people can use this awesome package.
