bug: Stored Playlists view does not show pre-existing MPD playlists

Describe the bug
Cantata does not detect existing MPD M3U playlists located in the configured playlist_directory. As a result, these playlists do not appear under Playlists -> Stored Playlists.

To Reproduce

1. Create an M3U playlist file in MPD's playlist_directory.
2. Start Cantata and refresh the MPD database.
3. Navigate to Playlists -> Stored Playlists.

Expected behavior
The playlist should appear in the Stored Playlists list.

Additional context
Playlists created through Cantata itself are displayed correctly. The issue only affects playlists that already exist in MPD's playlist_directory before Cantata starts.

I can’t reproduce the exact issue, although it could depend on the collection settings configuration.
Are you using a “Standard” or “Basic” collection?
In the collection settings a “Basic” one only has a “Music folder”, while a “Standard” one has many more, like e.g. “Host”, “Password”, etc.

Here is what I could reproduce with a “Standard” collection:

1. Start Cantata
2. Create a new playlist in MPD’s playlist_directory
3. In Cantata go to “Playlists” → “Stored Playlists” and notice the new one is missing
4. mpc lsplaylists correctly includes the new playlist
5. After restarting Cantata the new playlist is shown correctly

Notice that MPD doesn’t need a DB update to pick up the new playlist as can be seen using mpc.
If restarting Cantata doesn’t help, please check if mpc lsplaylists or any other MPD client lists the missing playlist.

I couldn't reproduce your results, but changing my collection to "Standard" fixes the issue.

Edit: On rereading your answer, I saw that your results used a "Standard" collection. Thank you for your help.
