Add shortcut for switching to the cash register that's highlighting what's under the cursor

This sounds very hard to implement, but the idea is you are on a certain cash register and you see some green text. You move your cursor over that green text and press some shortcut, and now your active cash register is the green cash register.

I'm really not sure how this is achievable.
