Add support for `scrolloff=999`

This is a common setting that some people like to use. There is also this plugin that provides a similar behavior. It would be nice if Go-Up were compatible with these.

Would be cool if you could hook into stay-centered somehow.

vim.api.nvim_create_autocmd("CursorMoved", {
  pattern = "*",
  callback = function()
    require('go-up').centerScreen();
  end,
})

Though it jumps on first move after enter - could probably add BufEnter or something like that to fix. But it turns out having it center all the time feels kind of weird to me.

I tried to do the same for CursorMovedI, but that seems to cause an issue with appending.
