Quick actions are not updating on stack page

1. Go to global stack - shows "New Domain" button and domains are listed in Blocks section
2. Switch to core stack using the dropdown - still shows "New Domain" button (should probably be "New Preview"?)
3. Refresh the page - now correctly shows "New Preview"
4. Switch back to global stack using the dropdown - now shows "New Preview" instead of "New Domain" and the domains section is gone, only shows wick-webflow block

Seems like the page state isn't updating properly when switching stacks without a full refresh. (edited)
